You will get a copy of the policy documents from us through email after your payment is successful.
b) How do I get another copy of my policy documents?

How do I know if my transaction is successful?
Your transaction is deemed as successful when you receive an email on the receipt of the transaction and policy details which will be sent to the email address registered during your purchasing journey. Please contact customer.service.gi@generali.com.my.
How do I know if this is a legitimate site to renew my motor/ motorcycle insurance?
